Overview:
Zoom is looking for a Leader, Digital & Growth Marketing to lead and scale our digital team and global initiatives. This position will lead all digital paid media efforts globally for Zoom, ensuring that the digital budget is deployed effectively and with a positive ROI for both online purchases and delivering sales leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has hands-on experience with multiple digital channels (e.g. Paid Social, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, Content Syndication), and also knows how to set strategy to inspire a team and achieve growth goals. This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading a team, launching and growing new channels, and building and executing data-driven growth strategies. Passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set the overall digital and growth marketing strategy that defines the team’s priorities and goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure every dollar is being used efficiently and effectively, accounting for both online purchase and sales lead impact.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, Web Team and e-Commerce Team to pull insights across the digital customer journey of our customers.
  • Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations on marketing attribution and tag management across marketing landing pages and the digital customer journey.
  • Lead, manage and grow the digital marketing team to scale with the business and optimize against business targets
  • Set an innovative strategy that leverages data, invests in scalable automation, and ensures global consistency with local influences.
  • Present to the senior leadership team on key trends we’re seeing across all business units and the effect digital marketing is having on the outcomes of the business.
  • Collaborate with the web and creative teams in order to ensure a world-class, connected customer experience with high engagement and conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new advertising products and new features within existing platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing strategy, including managing large Enterprise level budgets.
  • 5+ years of building and managing internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of key digital marketing channels at a global level, including digital platforms and vendors.
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience and tools preferred, e.g. Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Direct experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing and dynamic teams.
  • In-depth understanding of general digital marketing best practices, including ABM.
  • The ability to see the big picture strategy and employ the best tactics to match that strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the full funnel of advertising channels, from awareness driving display to contact acquisition, and everything in between.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, processes, and tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to develop, manage, and prioritize multiple marketing programs at a team level.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Direct experience planning and building GTM strategy on a global scale.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of testing, measurement and automation practices to optimize ROI and evolve the strategy.
  • Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns
