Zoom is currently seeking a Service Provider/Carrier Sales Channel Manager, Telefonica (to be based in Spain) to drive our Carrier/Service Provider Partner Sales activity within the assigned country.
You will report to the Carrier Head of Channels / Sales Leader, EMEAR.
Responsible for driving sales for Zoom through the Carrier / Service Provider Partnerships
Lead a sales team
Implementing strategies, tactics and initiatives to create explosive sales opportunity pipeline
Act as the primary conduit between Zoom Direct Sales and our Carrier Partner Sales Teams
Coordinate and deliver training and on-boarding programs for our carrier sales teams
Work with carrier sellers through the sales cycle to help win deals over competition
Provide accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales
Develop strategies for engagement with each Zoom Sales segment with our partners
Create productive cross-functional relationships within the carrier organizations and our internal Zoom partners including sales, engineering, product, operations and finance.
Work with sales managers to develop a strategy for each market
Previous sales channel and account leadership experience with telco carriers/service providers and working especially with Telefonica is a must
Existing relationships within Telefonica - up to executive level - is required and as a plus with other Telco Carriers in the Spanish market - here sales, operations and product organizations at field management and executive levels.
Minimum 8+ years experience partnering with Services Providers in Spain
Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience
Language proficiency: Spanish and fluent English is a must
Must be proficient in utilizing SalesForce
Must be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of success
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or similar experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
