About the Team
Zoom is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, App Marketplace to lead our customer-facing Zoom Apps and App Marketplace go-to-market efforts. You will work with our product, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer awareness, adoption, and consumption of Zoom Apps and integrations from the Zoom App Marketplace. You will report into our Manager, Developer Platform PMM.
About the Role
  • Create and maintain the ongoing go-to-market strategy for Zoom Apps and the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Grow user awareness and knowledge of Zoom Apps and the Zoom App Marketplace, including analyst and press influencers
  • Work across product, sales, and marketing to ensure that the growing ecosystem of Zoom Apps are accurately integrated into the Zoom narrative
  • Synthesize customer and industry feedback, share with key stakeholders, identify new app partners with Product Management, and help prioritize new features and capabilities based on that input
  • Develop assets and content for internal and external presentations including organization updates, enablement sessions, and webinars
  • Ensure Zoom Apps are properly represented in cross-product initiatives, and craft the competitive positioning
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to educate sellers on engagement strategies and content, such as sales playbooks, personas, journey mapping
  • Maintain essential messaging documents, internal & external presentations, data sheets, and other vital assets accurately position the value propositions of Zoom Apps and the Zoom Apps Marketplace
  • Increase demand generation by supporting the broader marketing team with customer-facing campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Become an expert on how Zoom customers enable and use Zoom Apps, and understand how those needs evolve
About You
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing for a SaaS company, including 2+ years in product marketing specifically focused on app development, app partnerships, and app integrations
  • Working knowledge of video conferencing, phone, meeting/chat, and application solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable presenting in front of executives and large crowds
  • Humble, open to feedback, and naturally curious to learn more
  • Can execute in ambiguity, but is able to step back recognize the big picture goals
  • Team player, a pro at building differentiated messaging and assets, and effective in hybrid and remote working environments

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$82,350.00 USD
Maximum :
$160,560.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is

. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

    Leadership who wants to do the right thing

    Going public has meant less transparency and more focus on profitability, which means some functions like CX decrease in quality and investment
