We’re looking to hire a badass administrative assistant!

We are a virtual law firm based in the DFW area. Our focus is on business & brand protection, working with online business owners & entrepreneurs. Applicants need not know anything about brand protection, but here’s what you do need to know about the position:

You will provide valuable assistance with general administrative tasks:

  • Managing of calendar & inbox
  • Data entry into Word documents
  • Client communications via e-mail
  • New client onboarding
  • Other general administrative support tasks

The ideal applicant is HIGHLY organized (We need you to be someone that greatly enjoys organization – I’m talking has intimate feelings about detail-orientation), is punctual and meets deadlines 10 out of 10 times, can craft a KILLER e-mail (no misspellings, top notch grammar, can type like a wizard), and enjoys being a part of a team.

Proficiency with the following systems is preferred, but not required:

  • Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Facebook, Instagram
  • Familiarity with Dubsado is a major plus

This will begin as a part time (8-10 hours), independent contractor position, with lots of room for growth if it’s the right fit. Since we run a virtual law firm, this position will be a working-from-home type gig. If you want to come into an office every day, this is not for you. If you don’t have a place where you can work, this is not for you. If you do not have a working computer/laptop and access to reliable internet, this is not for you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
