Windsong at Southridge is seeking a laundry attendant/housekeeper to add to our team! We are a brand new state-of-the-art memory care community in Southridge area of Kennewick! We are seeking candidates willing to change the way we think about and care for persons with Alzheimer's and dementia through the Montessori-Inspired Lifestyle. Hands-on training and credentialing provided by the company. It takes EVERY team member to make Montessori work!

General Summary:. To perform all housekeeping duties necessary and requested, and to maintain a high quality of cleanliness throughout the facility both inside and out.

Job Functions

• Sufficient communication and language skills to enable performance of duties and interact with residents and co-workers.
• To perform daily housekeeping tasks assigned effectively and safely, including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, making beds, windows, and doing laundry.
• Cleaning public areas as well as Residents apartments as assigned or requested.
• Assist with mobility of Residents within the facility.
• Participate in trainings or in-services as requested or required.
• Ability to stay on task, work quickly and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform fire and emergency drills, evacuations and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
