We have a full time Customer Service Specialist opportunity available for our Resident Service Center. Our Resident Service Center operates as an off-site leasing center, this is not your ordinary call center or customer care department, be prepared for so much more!
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be able to handle a volume of calls of about 70-90 calls/day - maintenance requests (from current residents) and sales calls (from prospective residents). No telemarketing cold calling involved! We are a small team of friendly professionals who take 200 – 300 calls per day to help people find the right home and help current residents with maintenance requests.

This position is 40 hours per week with the following schedule (EST):
Monday 9am-7pm
Tuesday 9am-7pm
Wednesday Off
Thursday Off
Friday 9am-7pm
Saturday 10am-6pm
Sunday 1pm-6pm
