No matter the job title, get ready to handle insanely high work loads with bare minimum pay, and no opportunities for raises. Customer reps have a high turnover rate, and have to deal with getting yelled at on a daily basis by some of the worst customers you could imagine. You make 14-16h/r for various jobs that have workloads that are insanely high. The company constantly wants their workers to pump out orders, with little to no direction, and are expected to figure out how to fix/handle the mistakes of their insanely incompetent management/ upper management. The unfortunate part, is the actual workers know more about what's going on around there, than the actual owners, but workers have no say in how anything is done and are just expected to follow orders like zombies. VRLA could have been an amazing company, but its completely focused on filling the pockets of upper management, instead of focusing on establishing a reputable brand. They will cut corners every chance they get, and blame the customers when they get mad at poor quality products.
