    There are absolutely no pros.

    Employees are berated by the head of operations on a daily basis on nonissues. Upper management is extremely toxic and overly demanding on hardworking employees. HR is biased and does nothing to help its employees. This company is a danger to their patients and prioritizes saving money over good patient care. Employee wellbeing is the last thing this company cares about. Overtime Is never given despite pre-approval. Employees are forced to stay in the office past their 40 hours despite the refusal to pay out overtime. Office employees have to buy their own office supplies, clean their own spaces, and train themselves. If you are looking for a positive work environment, stay far away from Vis A Vis Health.
