Position: Full-Time Bilingual Triage Registered Nurse (Remote) Position.

The ideal teammate would be:
An English/Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse works days, weekends, and rotational shifts from the comfort of their own home.
This position is flexible and requires RNs who are comfortable performing triage for the elderly population using virtual visit technology (Telehealth).
You will play an integral role in reducing unnecessary utilization of the Emergency Room and maintain the patients’ independence and safety at home with the correct interventions. The ideal candidate would be able to:
Receive clinical calls and triage.
Utilize telehealth system and perform virtual visits.
Coordinate care appropriately and timely with members of the care team both internal and external.
Have the ability to educate members, family, or other caregivers on chronic conditions, diet changes, and pieces of their care plan.
Have confidence in your ability to triage appropriately in a setting where other healthcare professionals are not available for collaboration.
Utilize technology for documentation. Would you describe yourself as someone who has:
The ability to speak English and Spanish fluently (required).
Graduated from an accredited nursing program (required).
Current RN License in good standing in the states of NY and/or Compact License (required).
A Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of the emergency department, urgent care, triage, and/or inpatient/acute experience (required).
A Registered Nurse with experience providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations (required).
The availability for days, weekends, some evenings and night shifts (required).
Confidence with clinical skills in the performance of telephonic triage (required).
The ability to work remotely and has a private area with a computer in their home/workspace (required).
A genuine, compassionate desire to serve others and help those in need.

    Manage, maintain & analyze billing.  Prepare monthly reports that compare forecast billing to actual.  Prepare Pay-Applications for general contractors.  Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy & proper codes.  Responsible for month end journal entries for prepaid expenses.  Prepare month end journal entries to maintain WIP accuracy.  Generate and maintain fixed asset list.  Perform weekly & monthly bank reconciliation.  Provide the cash application team with clear instructions on how to allocate payments.  Train & oversee the accounts payable team, monitor status of monthly vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.  Oversee the account payable workflow in Smart search & communicate with IT regarding changes & updates in technology.  Assist controller with preparation of data for special projects, timely financial statements, or any other activity necessary to keep organization running smoothly.  Coordinate the end of the month closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met.Assist human resource manager in payroll.  Actively involved in continuous improvement of accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
