Seeking customer-service focused individual to perform task related to human resources and payroll data entry. He or she will utilize technology systems pertaining to HR processes, reporting, auditing or state collection. Collaborate with other HR team members to complete projects and tasks surrounding compensation and benefits related matters. Data entry for new and/or terminating employees, changes to employee records. Assist with new employee benefits enrollment processes and with other HR functions or projects as assigned. Will serve as first point of contract for faculty, staff and students and as such will answer questions related to benefits, payroll and other HR-related information on a daily basis.
Primary duties will include system maintenance, data entry, maintaining electronic personnel files and providing administrative support to the department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys a challenge and variety in their workload. Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge are a must.
The successful applicant will have strong time management/organization skills, the ability to re-prioritize mid-project and communicate effectively in a professional manner.
Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
