Universal Consulting Services, UCS, a mid-sized defense contractor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division located on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California.

UCS has an immediate opportunity for a Secretary llI to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. This is awarded work with the opportunity for immediate hire.

The Secretary III position requires an experienced Executive Assistant to support the NSWC PHD Business Director (PD0). This is a high visibility position in a very busy office. Strong Microsoft office skills are required to include:

• Outlook and Calendar Management
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• Experience creating presentations with PowerPoint

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• 5+ years of secretarial support experience
• Associate's degree
• Previous experience supporting a DoD Agency as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Management of Calendars.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products to include; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Timecard responsibilities to include running reports.
• Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Navy ERP.
