1. Working at front desk to greet Telephone Callers, Clients.
2. Placing orders for clients and follow up the entire process of preparation and shipping.
3. Customer relations retaining, including calling, message, email, social media network.
4. Complying any given assignment and accomplishing on time.
5. Meeting with team - reporting progress & accomplishment and planning
1. Have office assistant experience
2. Fluently speak English and Spanish with good communication skills
3. Have computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel required
4. Good at social media editing and posting
5. Follow company procedures and rules
6. Dress formal daily
