Job Description

We believe that straight teeth have the power to transform lives by improving health and confidence.

At Uniform Teeth, we’re on a mission to make access to high-quality orthodontic care more accessible, affordable and efficient. Our proprietary use of 3D technology can cut down treatment times from years to months. Our app allows patients to access care anywhere while tracking their journey and get immediate support from our trained staff and a team of doctors.

Our investors, who have invested in brands such as Allbirds, Casper, Warby Parker, and Airbnb, all believe in our mission!

We’ve assembled a diverse team with amazing experiences from Twitter, One Medical Group, Zipcar, UCSF, UPENN and Harvard. Over the next two years, we will be scaling rapidly into different markets and are looking for clinicians to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Orthodontists know that a beautiful smile can be life-changing. At Uniform Teeth, we as orthodontists are re-inventing the future of patient care. - Eng team culture seriously could not be beat. It's a small and scrappy team, so there's a never ending list of projects to tackle but there's room for learning new things along the way. I feel like I have learned a TON without the external stress or pressure to do so. - There's a culture of open communication on the team, so people don't hesitate to give feedback or make product suggestions. Iteration tends to happen quickly because of it. - The doctors at Uniform are excellent and I love learning from them - Everyone here is so friendly. Clinic staff, manufacturing team, doctors, everyone! It's really easy to reach out to anyone here for help or just to talk. Making new friends at work can be especially tough during covid and WFH but I'm glad that I've been able to meet so many new people despite the challenges.

    - I wished the eng team could be bigger, since sometimes it feels like there are not enough people to tackle all of the projects. I know they are hiring though :)
