We are searching for a proactive Personal Assistant with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the President’s personal and family life. Your time will be spent managing household responsibilities - coordinating with vendors, running errands, pet care, travel arrangements, expenses, etc. You must be dog friendly, have reliable transportation, and able to work on-location.

  • Resilient - You can manage multiple tasks from multiple constituents, all with exceptional emotional maturity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property management - vendor sourcing & management, stock, etc
  • Creating and maintaining upkeep of home calendars: Scheduling personal appointments - medical, pets, car, home and household staff
  • Communicate effectively & respectfully with personal contacts, family, staff and vendors
  • Arrange personal travel with preferences in mind: hotels, car service, and ESA travel documents
  • Assist support staff as needed, coordinating & preparing documents for internal and external business meetings
  • Manage and organize events
  • Research and source gifts, experiences, and more
  • Run errands, meal coordination, walk dogs as needed becuase NO task is to big or too small
  • Work collaboratively with President’s Team and family
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
  • Flexible and accommodating approach to the job; willing to respond to mobile phone and email requests out of office hours, as required

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience as an Assistant, Concierge, or Estate Manager (Project manager with construction experience background a plus)
  • Experience with Google Suite - GMail, Docs, sheets, slides (MAC OS preferred)
  • International coordination: calendar arrangements, dealing with multiple time zones, travel arrangements, and scheduling
  • Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently, with a “techie” mentality
  • Extreme discretion, confidentiality, dependability, accountability, and punctual
  • Flexible and able to work varied hours including weekends or evenings
  • Reliable transportation
