Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete is a national leader in the production of concrete, masonry products, & construction aggregates. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to join the SRM Family.



Primary responsibilities are to Manage the Quoting Process. Manage the bid/quoting process for jobs, including identification of upcoming bids, distribution of pricing information to customers and sales reps. Manage the quote follow-up process, including identifying and logging new quotes for sales reps, insurance documentation, and contract processing. Work closely with sales team to implement & execute SRM Pricing Strategies across our geographic footprint.



Required Skills
Technology Skills. Must display knowledge of and ability to use computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite including Word & Excel, Gmail, etc.)

Interpersonal Skills. Must be an excellent communicator, motivator and team builder. Must be able to form strong interpersonal relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.

Pricing Knowledge. Must be familiar with pricing and marketing principles and be able to support business planning efforts.

Sales experience with a track record of progressive responsibility and successful sales is preferred.
