-Direct Management is awesome. I was mentored by my manager and lessons had a lasting impact on my career. -I was able to grow in the company fairly quickly (from intern to analyst) -Culture at the USTC was great among co-workers. I had a blast with the people I worked with. - Everyone works together to get the job done and to meet monthly goals. -The visibility and accountability of these goals are clear and how to execute these goals are well communicated to the team. -fast paced, I was never bored. -I learned a lot of not just my job function, but others to expand my understanding of the business. - I was always able to get feed back on my work performance without formal reviews and they were always encouraging. - A great company if you want to make an impact for a business.

    - Fast Paced so you have to roll up your sleeves and get the job done because their business is good (this can be a con to some, but not for me)
