Compared to other firms I've worked for, SCJ is incredibly supportive, values collaboration, and transparent. The company recently transitioned to an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and has gone to great lengths to recognize everyone as employee-owners. The firm really cares about everyone and went to great lengths to keep everyone engaged even during the pandemic.

Lots of great people, but they are often spread across multiple locations.
