Sandstone Care hits the check boxes like 401K, and PTO, but working with a team that treat each other as valuable people worth investing in and taking care of. They lean into the difficult conversations and show up supportive. I love working here.

Small-ish and fast growing organization means sometimes this change quickly or not quickly enough. Also sometime work tips into personal life.
