Job Description


The primary role of the Sales Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Account Management team.

The Sales Administrative Assistant role encompasses a variety of administrative support functions including, but not limited to, preparation of proposals, pre-sale paperwork, and post-sale client communications; CRM file maintenance and updates, updates to communication materials, and ad hoc projects as assigned.

The selected candidate will work full-time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm) onsite. **This is not a remote opportunity**


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior administrative support experience; administrative support experience in an insurance, employee benefits or human resources environment is preferred though not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications.
  • Problem solving abilities, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments, projects, and deadlines.

Additionally, candidates will have demonstrated experience with:

  • Excellent oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners.
  • Ability to research and analyze information.
  • Drive, initiative, and motivation.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, timely, and accommodating.

Being bilingual is a plus but is not required.
