They find joy in teaching new skills, whether that be unique new strategy tactics in an advertising platform or an excel hack that shaves valuable time off of repetitive tasks.

Salary begins at $68,000 but advanced opportunities are available for qualified applicants.


Client Satisfaction

  • Client Satisfaction and Performance: Responsible for ensuring that our partners are being served with integrity while meeting their objectives and growing their businesses in a measurable way.
  • Removing Obstacles: Ensures that team members have the tools and resources necessary to consistently perform at a high level.

Client & Team Onboarding

  • New Business Development:Understand Rocket Clicks’ scope of services and make recommendations when we can add more value to existing client relationships. Support as subject matter experts in new business sales process.
  • Onboarding New Clients: Responsible for executing client onboarding best practices, hitting key milestones, developing a strategic plan, setting expectations, and providing a 5-star client experience.
  • Onboarding New Team Members:Ensure new team members are on-boarded smoothly and are trained with the latest best practices.

Professional Development

  • Team Member Development:Developing direct reports through monthly coaching sessions that promote honest feedback, goal setting, problem solving, and accountability.
  • Team Technical Development: Providing access to training and resources that continually advance technical skill in digital advertising to industry-leading levels.

Resource Management & Strategy Quality Assurance

  • Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable: Create clear expectations and hold direct reports accountable for the execution of strategy and client deliverables.
  • Consistent Meeting Pulse: Meets on a weekly basis with each direct report to discuss performance insights, priorities, and potential obstacles
  • Manage Team Resources to Ensure Success: Manage and optimize direct reports’ time to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Strategy Quality: Regularly auditing the strategy-setting across all accounts to ensure it is innovative, aligned with partner goals.

Other Leadership Expectations

  • 360 Communication:Share appropriate information with the team members that need to know it:
  • Director: Sharing client and team member statuses, including but not limited to overall team morale, individual concerns or problems, examples of exemplary work, changes in client spend and client satisfaction, etc., with the department director.
  • Rocket Clicks Management Team: Sharing team member news, obstacles and wins with the management team.
  • Digital Advertising Team: Sharing company news and insights on strategy, processes and breakthroughs with the digital advertising team.
  • Department Leadership Participation: Actively participate in departmental planning sessions by providing insights, identifying issues, discussing openly & honestly, and offering solutions.
  • Executing Rocket Clicks Strategic Direction: Knows the V/TO, communicates it, and helps direct reports understand their role and contribution.
  • Administrative Support: Support in any administrative needs of the Digital Advertising department and Rocket Clicks as a whole.



  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Passion for PPC and digital marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • 1-3 years of digital marketing, in particular Google Adwords, BingAds, Yahoo Gemini Ads, and/or FacebookAds

  • Google Adwords partner Certified

    The people there are all very like minded and have a great combination of fun and talent. People hired here will learn whether they're starting out or have years under their belt. They have core values that they don't just preach. It made me feel great knowing that I had a company that supported certain work and even life values that made me proud to work there. Unlimited vacation and a mentality that you should use it and take advantage of it. Tyler and Nicole are great. I was proud of their decision making and leadership.
