Our rapid growth has created opportunities for talented and energetic Virtual Personal Assistant. Virtual Personal Assistant Position's responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, and providing patient and friendly support.
  • Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the customer by creatively solving problems while presenting a pleasant and supportive demeanor.
  • Working closely with our vendor partners to insure that the appropriate equipment is ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Diagnosing technical challenges and redirecting the call to appropriate support staff.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and friendly communications via phone, email and live online chat.
  • Being an advocate for our customers while making good business decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent phone and written communication skills,
  • Experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
  • Ability to adapt well to change and multi-task effectively.

Desired Attributes:

  • Proficiency in assimilating information quickly
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with customers, verbally or in writing.
  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service, support and responsiveness.

Minimal travel is required, and extensive training is provided. This position includes the potential for performance-based bonuses. We provide a casual work environment, and excellent benefits including health insurance, short and long term disability, and 401K.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.12 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

    The IT management was excellent to work for. I enjoyed my 4 years there and it was a difficult decision to leave for another opportunity. My management was very supportive and the office staff was always pleasant. The company always strived to serve the customer and our customers were almost always suffering in some way and needed the products we sold.

    With any job there are challenges and some departments were more challenging than others. Marketing always is changing direction so it was hard to hold focus on some projects. If you are adaptable and do not fear change then it was just a part of the culture and you roll with the punches.
