Network and integrate with the RPS continuous improvement team. This short-term role is focused on developing the Reckitt Production System in a fast-paced environment. The RPS change agent will deploy lean tools across the business. This individual will be responsible for motivation team members by identifying new ways of making work easier. They will be emersed in weekly and monthly project reviews with frequent exposure to senior leadership. This role support most of their job function directly on the front line. They will build credibility with line managers and staff as they help support RPS deployment. This high visibility role is a leadership development opportunity over a 6-month time span. Through this program, the individual will have the opportunity to seek multiple different career paths within Reckitt. Work may continue as a change agent or transition into other support staff roles such as a supervisor position.
