Production Graphic Artist Job Description
Assist customers and other departments in creating artwork to be applied to promotional products.
Primary Responsibilities:

· Prepare art files provided by customers.

· Create proofs for customer approval

· Create new and modify current templates for products

· Create new art for Marketing samples

· Pre-flight art for print and production

· Ensure customer needs are met via timely communication, follow through and follow up

· Convert colors to match Pantone standards or CMYK colors requested by customers

· Assist Marketing department as needed

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s expectations are met

· Email and phone customers for order clarification when necessary

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with MAC
• Ability to learn company’s computer system
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Current or recent work experience
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Schedule:· 1st shift, Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
