This is an Executive Assistant (EA) role to the President & CEO for PEG Music, a Nashville based music business with its headquarters in downtown Nashville. Please find more information about PEG Music on www.pegmusicllc.com and https://www.instagram.com/peg.music/.
As this will be quick hire, please only apply to this role if you are currently living in the Nashville Greater Metropolitan Area.
This is a remote job except when there needs to be team meetings at the HQ office, business meetings, social media content development, or to attend various music events. The CEO currently lives in New York but will be moving to Nashville within the next 60 days. There is no need to commute daily to any office location.
The EA will support all of the activities of the CEO that will include managing:
1. Firmwide administrative responsibilities
2. Global team calendar
3. Team meetings, events and retreats
4. Firm events, festivals and concerts
5. Singer/songwriter support activities
6. Development of social media content and projects
7. Weekly travel

This opportunity will start as a part-time position but has the strong potential to convert to full time within 90 days for the right candidate.
