PCIHIPAA located in Las Vegas, NV is currently hiring for a full-time Technical Support to ensure customer success when it comes to using our product that effectively secures client information. This essential technical support position earns a competitive wage of $40,000 - $45,000/year, depending on experience.

This technical support position works a full-time schedule located at our Las Vegas office.

Our Technical Support is essential to the success of our company, and our clients, as you focus on providing superb customer service through excellent product support. Much of your time is spent answering incoming calls and chats, managing a small book of business, assisting with additional research, undertaking data entry projects, and backing up our customer success managers and merchant service team. Your go-getter personality means you never settle for mediocracy, and it shows as you actively seek to resolve customer concerns. Your friendly and positive attitude shines through what you do and leaves our clients feeling confident and secure in the services we provide!
