    1) Innovative products (and price points) that allow me as an employee to not only meet but exceed the needs of the customer. I can execute successfully, giving our clients a single point of accountability to go to. Integrations of multiple systems is not as easy as it might sound, but Paladin gives me access to the products and partnerships I need to excel. 2) A culture of innovation. This means I get ongoing education about the latest technologies. This has built my skill set(s) better than any fancy resume ever could have. When we encounter a configuration challenge, the organization supports me because we are always learning together as a team. When a customer needs a customization, we can almost always make it happen. 3) Pay for performance. I am paid well for what I do, and this has benefited my family in ways I never could have imagined. I feel respected and I control my own financial destiny. With that comes a ton of hard work and often long hours.

Long hours and often unpredictable schedules. Customer needs come first so you will have crunch times. Hard work is not a con for me, but it may be for others. If you’re not willing to work hard and attach yourself to a rapidly growing company – this is not the best place for you. Travel and traffic can be exhausting.
