Outrigger Marketing, Inc. (OMI), located in the Denver Metro area, is the Global (Virtual) Contact Reservations Center for Outrigger Hospitality Group, a Hawaii based company.

Who we’re looking for:

The Specialty Reservations Host is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Specialty Reservations department, including, but not limited to, answering guest interactions (e-mail and calls), handling escalated issues as well as handling, researching and resolving booking issues, while providing the guest with a 4 Keys Guest Experience. The Host must provide a world-class customer experience by following customer service guidelines to exceed customer expectations. In addition, the position the Host must meet or exceed department Key Performance Indicator’s and maintaining efficient operational standards with a high degree of accuracy. Specialty Reservations will include Wholesale, Group Reservations, VIP/Comp, Condo Owner, Outrigger Business Connection, and others as determined.

• Ability to visit the Denver Metro area periodically for technical support needs (e.g. 2-3 monthly) and for in-person team meetings (e.g., quarterly)

• Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
• Be flexible with work schedule – weekends, holidays and evenings may be required
