-Great company! great staff to work with, Everyone treats you like a family here. On busy days the company provides food during lunch. -Another pro is if you ever feel stuck or unwanted management acknowledges and understands where you are coming from. letting you have a one-on-one talk so you get the undivided attention. -you get to move up positions from what position you are currently at right now.

-Short staff -Days you cry out of random due to, busy overwhelmed workdays. -unorganized -Denied PTO which after 2 weeks in advance putting in the request. - no coffee for PTs after hearing them complain every other day. -Excepting too much from 1 person when another person can help and work as a group.
