Job Description

Texas 5 Star Short Term Rentals is an upscale short term management company that seeks to offer a concierge level service for clients that wish to rent their properties on short term platforms. We are limited to Houston and Texas Beach Communities. We provide face to face management as well on online. Our Open-door policy at our office separated us from other “backpack” based companies. We strive to offer the best service at a reasonable price.

Client and Guest Services requires an individual with great customer service and the ability to manage tasks and provide constant follow up until tasks are done. Candidate should be able to understand and run different software programs and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position will be the first line of interaction with short term guests and property owner clients. Position will be Part Time at first and grow into Full Time during peek periods.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Main point of contact with our short-term rental guests.

· Main point of contact with our property owner clients.

· Define and organize daily tasks

· Liaison with other team members to resolve any open requests.

· Understand and implement pricing software to maximize bookings.

· Identify opportunities to maximize guest experience

· Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the guests on a daily basis

· Manage overnight Virtual Assistants

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great Customer Service
  • A hospitality background is a must.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Can do well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

  • Bachelor's (Required)
