Paid Media Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses.
This role typically is responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in its growth goals.
You will help drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms.
This role is essential as it is an integral part of the development and management of an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. More specifically, you’ll get to:
Develop, implement, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
Oversee and manage the overall paid media budget
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Check all Ads running
Ensure the budget excel sheet is up to date
Meet and plan for the week's spending budget with the Social Media team.
Work for SEO and Keywords match are updated for Google Ads
Check analytics to ensure growth
Check missed phone calls for the Google business page
Post once a week on all Google business page accounts
Answer all SMS leads daily
Meet with clients once a month with analytics pulled & campaigns performance
Create and ensure that email marketing has been sent and/or created.
Export and send advertising receipts to Madison at the end of every month.
Pull and export website analytic reports at the beginning of each month. These need to be sent to the client summarizing the report.
