Serves as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) managing multiple Special Access Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

SAP/SAR security management, security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access request coordination, SAP/SAR visits, and coordinating secure communications/computing.

Ensure personnel processed for access to the programs meet the prerequisite personnel clearance and/or investigative requirements specified.

Conduct security education classes, Investigates security violations and prepares written reports specifying the outcome of the incident and preventive action to be taken.

Ensure courier procedures are prepared and followed.

Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access program Facilities (SAPFs) and inspects proposed SAPF areas.

Prepare requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA’s), and any required Waiver documentation.

Preferred candidate must be fluent with DoD SAP manuals and ICD series documents and other program-specific type security directives.

Must also be familiar with most Microsoft Office applications.

Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.

Selected candidate must have good communications skills, and be comfortable in a team atmosphere yet work independently to ensure compliance with LM Aeronautics, customer and government requirements.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and be able to retain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with DoD Special Access Programs (SAP).

Experience supporting program Security tasks within SAP Programs.
Desired Skills:
Prior contractor/military special access programs experience within NAVY and DARPA.

Proven experience supporting multiple programs with several government agencies.

Self-starter with a "Can-Do" attitude.

Ability to multi-task and perform assigned tasks of the CPSO
