Open-learning environment, students have an equal voice in the lessons and instructors have academic freedom to enrich the lessons as well. Compensation is on par with other companies, if not better, with incentives for the more classes you teach and the quality of the instruction, as per student rating. Councilors and management are very responsive, they go above and beyond to make sure that instructors have everything they need, as well as to answer questions as they arise.
Since students are adults, they aren't as patient as children when it comes to concepts they already know, which can affect ratings. So be prepared for the reality that you can't please everyone.
