We’re looking for ambitious, eager and competitive students to join our customer experience team in Lockport! We offer remote, flexible part-time work because we know how busy your schedules are. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing an amazing experience for our customers. To succeed, you'll need to be great with people, driven, a strong problem-solver and able to switch gears quickly between tasks.

As a Customer Support Specialist, a key component of your role will be to learn all about our insurance partners. This means that you’ll start by supporting our sales and customer service team and, as you grow, you will have opportunities to move into a specialization or leadership roles. We’ll provide personalized training and coaching to set you up for success each step of the way.

    Jerry is a flexible company with an awesome culture. Not your normal 9-5 job. I currently lead a customer service team in our Insurance Operations. We help our customers via call and texts and are no different from your standard insurance agency in this sense. However, joining this team you know you are more than an employee number.
