• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to specific locations for routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Prioritize calls and leverage appropriate workforce
• Respond to customer issues with billing and service
• Communicate work orders, messages, and information to and from supervisors and technicians
• Close work tickets and contact customers for quality feedback
• Respond to and review calls taken by call center
• Obtain COD information and notify credit to send an application for credit approval to new customers
• Process weekly payroll data
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Education:High school diploma

Requirements:

• HVAC/R knowledge/background preferred
• Manage competing priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours
• High level of professionalism and diplomacy

• Ability to handle high volume of calls
