Hush & Hush Account Executives/Sales Executive

Hush & Hush, the world’s first line of luxury beauty supplements to help you live younger, longer, is currently seeking experienced beauty sales executives to join our dynamic team. If you are obsessed with beauty, wellness and health, have a beauty Rolodex chock-full of the best of the best in the industry, and understand how to effectively sell a new, innovative luxury brand in a crowded space, then we want you!

We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable candidates with strong contacts in the aesthetic and beauty field, specifically dermatologists, plastic surgeons, hair loss specialists, aestheticians, medical spas and luxury resorts and retailers. Self-starters and enthusiastic team players with a proven track record of success and excellent communications skills are a must. Preferred markets include:

  • Northern California, Sacramento area and Los Angeles
  • North Carolina
  • Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate sales and promote market growth within assigned territory
  • Research and discover new business opportunities via prospecting and cold calling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote growth
  • Establish, build and maintain client relationships with key decision makers
  • Continual education and training for new and existing accounts
  • Manage client expectations and act as customer service liaison; follow company standards and guidelines
  • Execute retail merchandising
  • Coordinate and organize local launch events; attend local tradeshows (some weekends may be required)
  • Track and report on leads and generate monthly reports

Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the health, wellness, beauty, skincare or medical industry
  • Ability to quickly yet effectively scale in terms of volume while maintaining company standards
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet and exceed deadlines, problem solve and work independently and remotely as part of a team environment
  • It is preferred, but not required, to hold a license as an aesthetician, nutritionist or cosmetologist
