Cash Tips -cab driver tips: get a reliable on-time cabs and save their phone numbers, negotiate an agreed amount on airport trips, cruise transports, and inter-city trips (can make over $100/day on busy days) -Bellman tips: super fun when guests say thanks and they hand you cash. The more humble you are, the more they give you. Remember their name and preference and they will reward you. (some people don't but that's ok. It's a hustle system) - Slow hours are manageable with hospitality crew. -Networking gets you the most tips! Make a deal with a front desk employee and share a dollar or two every time you get tipped. Trust me you will get ble$$ed!

Tip sharing is painful when your partner doesn't pull his weight or isn't enthusiastic that shift. Not for people who can't run and have fun working (hustle brotha!) Almost 40% of the time people don't tip, just smile anyways because you'll make it rain soon.
