About the position:
We are looking for an incredibly well-organized, efficient and detail-oriented office manager. This person must be a quick learner, be self-sufficient and take initiative. They must perform well under time constraints and pressure. Ideally you are looking to take part in a growing company that is constantly looking to improve.

Responsibilities:
The following are included in the daily tasks of the Office Manager, however, flexibility is key, as the Office Manager role requires the candidate to “wear many hats,” and switch between tasks throughout the day.
-Manages office calendar which includes scheduling showroom appointments, contractor scheduling, deliveries, and payment schedules
-Coordinate and manage General Manager’s calendar
-Act as point-of-contact for all incoming inquiries via email, phone and in-person
-Create comprehensive estimates, contracts, and purchase orders
-Tracks deliveries and checks in materials when they arrive
-Maintain overall appearance of showroom, helping to put away material selections and occasionally wipe down surfaces, organize deliveries and file paperwork properly
-Manage main email inbox, organizing all incoming mail into folders that are easily referenced in the future
-Submit invoicing and billing through the QuickBooks system
-Some assistance with material selection may be required
-Some heavy lifting is required in this position
-Knowledge of Trello is a plus
