FLORIDA LICENSED ARCHITECT
Licensed architect who’s proficient in 3D modeling and has experience in custom high-end residential design-build projects.
Qualifications
- Florida Architect License required
- Successful candidate must be a self-starter, understand and develop technical details of putting high-end residential homes together, and be able to maintain design intent.
- Must be proficient in development of construction documents including drawings and specifications
- Ability to take minimal instruction and go forward with projects or project components
- Must be able to take constructive feedback and listen to direction
- Shall have the desire and ability to understand full project information from design through construction
- Proficient in 3D modeling
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, and/or ArchiCad
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- A portfolio demonstrating design experience will be required
Responsibilities
- Drawing production for a range of high-end residential homes
- Produce high quality construction documents
- Utilizes AutoCad, Rhino, Revit, and/or ArchiCad to prepare project designs and plans.
- Coordinates and integrates MEP elements into unified design
- Coordinating the needs of the client, support staff, and outside consultants such as interior designers
- Perform Construction Administration duties as needed
- Collaborate with drafting and design manager and administrative team members within the office
- Ensuring compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices
- Maintaining client communications and relationships
- Contacting municipal building department and government agency officials to assist with project approvals
- Interacting with building officials during project permitting and construction phases
- Attending field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
