The Good Shepherd Alliance, Inc. is looking for a person who wants to make a difference in the lives of homeless and near homeless people in our community. This full-time management position is responsible for the effective operation of our Emergency Shelter housing up to 12 women and children, a transitional housing and homeless prevention program. At least 3 years of supervisory experience and at least 5 years of work experience in the field of human service with a variety of populations. Shelter work experience a plus. Must have working knowledge of case management system and demonstrated success with grant writing and record-keeping. Ability to solve problems, make decisions and listen.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
We have a plan in place to defend staff and residents from Covid-19 infection including use of PPE, screening questions, isolation, testing, and education.
