Customer Service: Emergency Road Service - Macon, GA

Salary: $16.90 per hour / $34,053 annually

We’re looking for Emergency Roadside Service Representativesfor our Macon, GAoffice. When our policyholders experience vehicle issues, you’ll be the one providing support for them with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Salary:

Salary: $16.90 per hour / $34,053 annually

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Open to feedback to support your performance and development
  • Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

**Coverage begins with the pay period after hire date. Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
