Job Description

We're seeking inclusive and committed PT Processing Operator to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for various warehouse and production duties. Although you will start working for Frito- Lay, this full-time job can open the door to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo.

As the leader of a production line, the Processing Operator produces the products that make Frito Lay a household name and ensures our consumers are delighted every time they open a bag.

Skills Required:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist
  • Basic math skills
  • Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts
  • Able to Read, Write, & Effectively Communicate with others
  • Proficient utilizing a computer

Daily Tasks:

  • Set-up and operate a full production line while ensuring all product specs are met
  • Perform physical tasks such as equipment assembly and ingredient loading
  • Operate production equipment through electronic interface to control processing equipment
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when product or equipment is not running at spec
  • Perform basic analytical tests and complete documentation
  • Execute start-ups & changeovers
  • Execute preventive control requirements
  • Perform sanitation on areas in your direct department when lines are down
  • Performance Based Training
