CRSA is looking for an experienced architectural Project Manager. This position will require a minimum of 3 years Architecture and PM experience and past work on large & complex projects. Experience working with developers on large projects would be ideal.
Responsible for production, schedule, and technical aspects of projects; checks contracts, documents, and technical specification for accuracy. Communicates with client, consultants, and construction crews.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinates and assists in preparation of architectural drawings for large and complex commercial projects
· Fully competent CAD/Revitdraftsperson in addition to possessing solid skills with coordination of building systems, code research and drawing management
· Directs consultant coordination, code and materials research, and day-to-day production of construction and presentation documentation
· Manages or assists in-house team. Supervises and/or reviews the technical work of drafters
· Crafts and manages fee proposals, project budgets and schedules
· Manages client questions, expectations, and additional service requests
· Coordinates development of conceptual/schematic designs
· Manages pre-design process, including conceptual design, feasibility, and programming
· Manages design development
· Responsible for coordinating code analysis
· Document management: coordinate and assemble cartoon set, coordinate drawing with consultant/contractor/client requirements, and set of construction documents
· Project communication: take and distribute meeting minutes, submittal/RFI/ASI logs, day-to-day coordination and communications, and direct consultant coordination
· Responsible for coordination of materials research, production, coordination and review of specification in concert with specification writer
Qualifications/Education/Experience
· Experience Min.: 3 years PM and Architecture
· License Status: Unlicensed or Licensed
· Education Min.: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related degree preferred
· Experience leading a team of production staff
· Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
· Competency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Revit and AutoCAD
