Job Description

Criticare Medical Institute is a allied healthcare school based in Atlanta Georgia. We are looking for a highly dynamic, energetic individual with a passion in education, to manage, promote & represent our organization. This individual is responsible to drive sales to the school by mentoring, promoting & increasing enrolments while managing the front desk and any day to day admin activities of the office. The ideal candidate needs to have an eye for Coordination, Social skills, Knowledge of promotion through social media, and convert sales by cold calling and open house conversions.

Job Description

  • Greet visitors to the office in a professional manner while notifying the appropriate staff members to facilitate timely meetings and appointments.
  • Operate the company's phone system to answer all course inquiries and questions regarding courses and assist students in signing up for courses
  • Create and execute detailed Cold calling plan, target new leads, follow up and drive sales to the organization
  • Create marketing and sales plan
  • Use company CRM to follow up and register students. Answer all incoming sales inquiries
  • Perform typing and data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
  • Maintain the training calendar and schedule while coordinating training and other resources needed to fulfill client requests.
  • All incoming and outgoing packages and route them efficiently, so the office functions more smoothly.
  • Sign in Candidates for classes and fulfill documents for registration of the course
  • Collect Payments and remind Students of payments and issue receipts.
  • Learn the requisite office technology, such as scanners, fax machines, copiers, and printers, and remain up to date on their operation as technology changes.
  • Keep the reception area, guest areas, and conference room orderly and clean on a daily basis so they are always ready for the next meeting or guest.
  • Organizing any setup needed for training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to help with the efficient functioning of the office and the coordination of communications between employees, outside vendors, clients, and job-seekers.
  • Coordinate with instructors for classes
  • Print Certifications
  • Coordinate and refill training, office supplies
  • Social media and email marketing and advertising of courses
  • Provide course information to customers and generate leads
  • Generate Leads and Sales based on inquiries received
  • Sales Calls to generate clients
  • Cold calling by generating databases & reaching out to key personnels.
  • Open house conversions
  • Position may, on occasion, be required to arrive early or remain late for special events or work weekends (if needed).



  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other office applications
  • Previous customer service experience for 2 years.
  • Minimum Associates Degree or Equivalent
  • Prior experience with office technology, such as phone systems, copiers, and fax machines
  • Willingness to work with Global Leadership and International Clientele.

Open office for business (starting time at 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday)

Occasionally required to work on Weekends if weekend course is requested by client.
