Can you accept incoming phone calls from bars and convenience stores, help them fix minor problems remotely and, if required, dispatch a service technician to a location that cannot be helped remotely? Are you professional with a pleasant demeanor? CGTNV is looking for dispatchers. Ideal applicants will be comfortable using computers, excellent phone skills, and the ability to route service technicians from service call to service call in an efficient manner. Other job duties include receiving incoming calls from locations, diagnosing simple system problems and providing remote customer support.
