We are looking for innovative, responsible, hard-working, and motivated people to join our team. The assignments you will be working on will add value both to our company and to your development as a professional. In this role you will:

  • Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
  • Assist leadership in managing performance and developing succession plans • Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e. g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
  • Support HR Business Partners and other HR Leadership
  • New Hire Orientation Facilitation
  • Employee Survey Support
  • Position Classification & Compensation

Requirements:

  • A passion for cleaner, safer beauty products and HR
  • Proactive mentality and someone who takes initiative
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
  • Detail-orientation, a proactive mindset, ability to think independently
  • A professional attitude and foster a positive team atmosphere
