ABG can hire people who actually want to work here and make a difference. His sons actually work harder than most people at the company and care about ABG. Also, what is wrong with hiring people that are your friends? last time I checked this is America and NOT a communist country. I have worked in America ALL of my life and I have seen people hire friends and family...I mean wouldn't you hire your friends and family if you could? America was built on small family business (i.e Disney, Wal-mart, Ford Motor Company, the list goes on and on)..Also, on the Glassdoor review it specifically asks would your refer a friend to work here (LOL), obviously referrals are welcomed Thank you Jaime Salter for being a NICE Man and for creating a company where people can come to work and have fun!
