    Great Benefits, stable schedule. The company truly cares. There is a technician training program and if you advance in levels then you get paid more. They also pay tutiton if you plan on going to optometry school (up to 20-25k).

    Sometimes you do have to deal with rude patients. But that comes standard with a healthcare job. In addition at times you are having to do multiple jobs such as being receptionist or scanning charts, The only other negatvie is that we are open on saturdays (till 2 pm).
