Job summary The Amazon Luna team is leveraging the power of the cloud to enable customers to experience the rich and immersive world of gaming on all of their existing devices. Luna represents an exciting and truly new product, with a high degree of innovation, and an opportunity to reach a large volume of passionate customers. We are looking for a talented technical writer with a passion for gaming who will help us craft world-class technical documentation for Luna's development partners. Building a great developer experience is key to our future success at Luna and your work will directly impact that goal. You will partner closely with engineers and product leaders to dive deeply into how game developers use our product, and generate documentation that makes that experience easy and welcoming. Your audience is a technical one, so we're looking for a candidate who understands a developer's needs, and can describe technical topics clearly and concisely. This position within the Amazon Luna team presents a unique and rare opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies and get in on the ground floor within a fast-growing team and business.
- Experience writing technical documentation for a developer audience.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Familiarity with digital commerce and/or game development.
- Experience writing code in a production environment
