They do business with integrity and rational thinking. Overall, it's an excellent place to work, with products that are winning in the marketplace.
Amazing company, friendly atmosphere, plenty opportunities for learning, big bosses are friendly. I love to be able to just walk in to Mike Scott or Ken O'Malley, ask technical questions, get help needed. Company gives plenty flexibility with work time so I can put my family first. Extra efforts are appreciated but you do not feel forced to do it . I am receiving plenty of training and learning opportunities to be able move up in rank and responsibilities.
Occasional disonnect in information sharing between offices but currently efforts are in place to improve it.
