Lots of freedom. The management is very hands off. I teach on skype, they aren't watching if I log in exactly the minute the schedule says. I rarely talk to the boss. They have a very straightforward management style. No politics. No playing favorites. Very flexible schedule. You set your hours. 1$ an hour raise every 500 hours. They have great training resources and are willing to give you a mountain of information that can be difficult to piece together elsewhere. I had no training as an accent coach when I started.

Some fellow coaches don't appreciate being graded only on if a student stays with you or not. But I feel that any other grading system is subjective, introduces bias, and requires very negative aspects that I didn't appreciate in many other companies that I had worked for previously. So in my opinion it's not a con. Student satisfaction is the bottom line. It's difficult to take a small amount of time off. There is no arrangement for others to cover your classes. This would be really hard to pull off since everybody manages their own schedules. If you want to take off whole weeks that's easy.
